Troubleshooting of the remediation controls used for hardening with Threat Director.
Provisioning, installation and configuration of VMware servers for Telefónica Global Technology, with all the software required by their production environment: ADDM, OBM, PAM SSSD-LDAP authentication, networking, VLAN and firewall.
Change coordination through BMC Helix ITSM for the IT Systems Management division of Telefónica España.
